UBMoD. An open source data warehouse and Web portal for mining statistical data from resource managers (TOQUE and Open PBS currently supported) commonly found in high-performance computing environments. It was developed at the Center for Computational Research at the University at Buffalo, SUNY.

FMDB. The aim of the Flexible distributed Mesh DataBase (FMDB) is to be a mesh management library (or database) that is able to provide a variety of services for mesh users.
